“I’ve now worked for HomeLet for nearly 6 years and my current role is Insurance Sales Team Leader. My team is responsible for new business tenant sales, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to sell insurance to tenants. My team also look after the webchat system for tenants.

“As Referencing Operations Manager, I am responsible for the day to day running of, and service level delivered by, my department. I work with a really great team of 120 people who have been carefully recruited for their passion for delivering an expert service to all of our customers. HomeLet is committed to the local community, this year’s nominated charity is the Nomad Trust. The Nomad Trust is a charity which aims to offer help and support to homeless people in Lincoln.
