“I’ve now worked for HomeLet for nearly 6 years and my current role is Insurance Sales Team Leader. My team is responsible for new business tenant sales, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to sell insurance to tenants. My team also look after the webchat system for tenants.

“As Referencing Operations Manager, I am responsible for the day to day running of, and service level delivered by, my department. I work with a really great team of 120 people who have been carefully recruited for their passion for delivering an expert service to all of our customers. This is demonstrated by our achievements in the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service award achieved at the end of 2015 and again in 2016.
The department is fast paced and has a real buzz about it. We often receive great feedback from visitors and new recruits about the good atmosphere it has.
